Rob Wright
With over 25 years of blue-chip investment banking experience, Rob serves as Head of Investment Banking for Meriwether Group. Rob is dedicated to helping distruptive, fast-growing consumer brands find the right strategic and financial partners to assist with growth initiatives and meet liquidity needs. Rob offers a unique mix of relevant industry and operational knowledge, high-level investor relationships and hands-on senior-level guidance.
Since joining the firm in 2014, Rob has guided successful transactions with some of the most compelling consumer brands in the market, including Alpenrose Dairy, Handel’s Homemade Ice Cream, Kerrits Equestrian Apparel, Rainshadow Labs, Rare Wine Co., Voodoo Doughnut and Zoot Sports. Before joining Meriwether Group, Rob spent 15 years at D.A. Davidson and Needham and Company, both full-service national investment banking firms, where he provided a full range of corporate financial services.
Rob is a fourth-generation Oregonian and rabid college sports fan who played baseball in college and loves outdoor activities, including skiing, biking and golf. He earned his MBA from the Atkinson Graduate School of Management at Willamette University, and his BA in Finance from Pacific Lutheran University.
