As the company continues to evolve, they turned to Meriwether Accelerators to bring their business to an even bigger global stage. We streamlined Bloch’s sourcing strategy, supported a retail roll out and connected Bloch with national retail associates and key marketing partners. As a result, Bloch registered the best performance of its renowned history.
But Bloch and the Meriwether Group were just getting started. Sights were set on entirely new markets, and we guided Bloch through the challenges of taking their reputation as an iconic brand in dance and translating and building upon it in new channels like Barre, Pilates, and other studio sports. Our extensive research on sports industry and participation trends, as well as the sales, distribution, and marketing strategies we created, prepared Bloch for their leap. When the time came we made the leap right along with them, identifying and introducing them to manufacturing partners, recruiting personnel for key organizational hires, performing sales outreach, and coordinating a wear testing and product ambassador system. With Bloch’s first new line premiering Fall 2015, it’s looking like all involved are landing on both feet.
